I love really good food.  When Felix was diagnosed with multiple food allergies after an anaphylactic reaction to cheese at 6 months old I was worried we’d never share great food as a family.  Over the last 7 years I’ve built up a catalogue of recipes for gluten, dairy, egg, nut, sesame, coconut and soya free diets.

Since that first glimpse of how scary allergies can be we’ve started school, eaten school dinners for 3 years, tried eating vegan for a month, and shared countless meals with our friends and family.
